Background Checks: We will perform background checks and validate references on employees prior to hiring. Some agencies also require drug testing. This ensures that a thoroughly vetted caregiver is coming into your home to provide care.

Legality, Taxes & Payroll Deductions: Payroll, taxes, and overtime pay are handled by us. We comply with state and federal regulations with regard to employment practices.

Liability Insurance: Accusations of abuse, exploitation, or neglect are handled by us as well. Complaints can come from the client being served or the caregiver themselves. It can take some time and effort to sort out the truth but we will take all complaints seriously.

Flexible Schedules: When you hire a caregiver through this homecare agency, your elder may have a regularly scheduled caregiver, but if he or she is unable to fulfill the required schedule for any reason, then we will have another qualified, fully screened caregiver come to take over the care of your loved one as needed.

We are aware that COIVD has placed many families in unfortunate situations, and we would like to help. That is why we are offering Check-Ins for your loved ones (in retirement facilities or their own homes). Tasks will not be performed during Check-Ins. An aide will simply make sure that everything is well with your family member and it will last no more than 30 minutes.
